Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet begun.

After this period, your personalized book may already be in production and can no longer be canceled.

Personalized Orders

Every PortraTale book is created especially for your child. Because personalized products are made to order and cannot be resold, returns or exchanges are not available once production has begun.

Damaged Book or Printing Issue?

If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Simply send us your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll reprint and reship the affected book at no additional cost.

If the original photo has already been deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may ask you to upload your child’s photo again so we can produce the replacement.
