Damaged Book or Printing Issue?

If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Simply send us your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll reprint and reship the affected book at no additional cost.

If the original photo has already been deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may ask you to upload your child’s photo again so we can produce the replacement.
